My first tulpa started off sounding like my mindvoice and practiced using another voice over time. The second just had a different voice from the start

A lot of us have very similar voices. We could probably change that if we wanted, but it’s not too important to us atm

idk if i sound crazy saying this but a few days ago i heard a voice in my head just say "eliza" (thats my name) but like my brain doesnt speak its self yk what i mean and idk if it was a tulpa tryna talk to me

As long as you consider the decision of having a tulpa carefully, there isn't a set amount of time you need to research for I personally thought about it for a month or so before making a tulpa, but if it only takes you a few days to come to a firm decision, that's okay Just know that you're basically committing yourself to a lifelong endeavor when you make a tulpa.
